AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
At the time of ordering, when You grant Us ATL You are accepting and agreeing to abide to the following terms:

  • To have Our nominated courier service leave Your item(s), unattended in accordance with any specified instructions (if any).
  • That Your item(s) is deemed as being "delivered" once item(s) has been left at Your nominated address.
  • That Our nominated courier service, should they believe it unsafe to leave the item(s) unattended at the nominated address, can at their discretion, leave a delivery/collection card and take your item(s) to a relevant collection point.
  • It will be Your responsibility to collect Your item(s) from the collection point (if applicable).
  • OnlineLighting will not be held liable for any loss due to theft or negligence etc. once the item(s) has been deemed as being delivered by Our courier service.
  • By granting ATL, You are stating that Our nominated courier service will have unencombered access to Your nominated address. Should Our nominated courier service NOT have unencombered access to Your nominated address, You accept liability for any additional fees or charges encured to get Your items delivered to Your nominated address.

RETURN TO SENDER (RTS)
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their correct delivery address and any relevant details, as well as collecting their parcel from a collection point, if applicable.  We are not liable for any information incorrectly entered by the customer at the time of placing their order.  We invite You to review and verify all Your order details via Your emailed order confirmation.  In the event that the parcel is unable to be delivered and therefore the parcel is RTS and We were not at fault, We will contact You with options for (non-subsidised) re-shipment at the Your expense.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
METHODS
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Border Express or similar couriers service as required.

SHIPPING & CHARGES
We offer a default (subsidised) shipping rate for any STANDARD orders within Australia to the following states;

  • NSW
  • ACT
  • VIC
  • QLD
  • SA
Subject to the following;
  • The specified delivery address is normally covered by our nominated courier service
  • The items ordered can be transported as standard by our nominated courier service
In the event that an order does not comply with the above points, OnlineLighting reserves the right to;
  • Cancel and refund the order (less any non-refundable fees and/or charges - if any).
  • Request additional payment from you for the addtional cost in getting your order to you.
  • Ship your order to your nearest depot, of our nominated courier service, where it can collected from by you. 
- Orders are dispatched as a single shipment, where OnlineLighting has received an instruction from the client resulting in split shipments for an order that would otherwise be sent as a single shipment, addtional shipping fees may apply.

DISPATCH TIMES
Once payment has been processed, we will make every endeavour to dispatch your order promptly within the specified timeframe for ordered item/s once your order is fulfilled in its entirity. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered will be unavailable within the specified timeframewe will endeavour to notify you within 24 hours of us becoming aware of the issue.
If you wish to have a partially fulfilled dispatched (split shipment) it may be subject to addtional shipping charges.

Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - Metro NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - Metro VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - Metro SA / TAS
7-10 business days - Metro WA / NT

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)
METHODS
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express International with online tracking and signature on delivery.

CHARGES
Costs vary depending on the items purchased and the country being shipped to. To find out the shipping cost prior to ordering, please add products to your cart and on the Shopping Cart page select which country to ship to. Freight is calculated based on volume or Kg whichever is greater.
Your order may be subject to additional sales taxes, duty and Customs charges upon delivery that are determined by your local government.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES
International (outside Australia) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government or visit your local Customs government website for specific details
