For any items that are either damaged or faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery . Damaged/faulty items returned for warranty, must be accompanied by proof of purchase
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement item will be sent freight free. We will also organise collection and inspection of damaged goods. We do NOT refund Exchange only.
Any item sold as "sale items" will not be accepted for return or exchange.
To return, simply:
1. Contact our team on 1300 791 345 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return.
2. You will be sent a shipping label (costs incurred by customer) to return the item.
3. Place the item in its original packaging using the shipping label provided.
4. Once we have received the return item you will be issued with a store credit to the value of the item/s purchased. Strictly No Refunds. You will NOT be credited for shipping costs.
Alternatively you can visit our Cremorne Showroom within seven (7) days of receiving the order to return the item and receive a store credit.
